Cooking is a great activity in learning about the culture, history and heritage of the country. Vietnam is one of the most countries with diverse culinary arts, there are so many specialties in everywhere from North to South. Especially, in the middle of Vietnam where so far has been famous for its culinary arts with warm and simple dishes, it is like personality of people here. We would like to offer you a chance to learn and experience about the culinary arts of this place.
Day 1: Arrival – Da Nang – Hoi An
Arrive at Da Nang. Pick up and transfer to visit the Museum of Cham Sculpture and the stone – carving village of Non Nuoc. In the afternoon, have a stroll around the ancient town of Hoi An. Visit residential houses, assembly halls, pagodas, traditional shops, local markets, etc. and watch local daily activities, handicraftsmen at work…. Overnight in Hoi An.
Day 2: Hoi An – Hue (B, L)
Breakfast at the hotel. Morning, participate in a cooking practice session at a local restaurant in Hoi An. Accompany a chef to Hoi An colorful market to buy ingredients. Experience an interesting and informative cooking class with demonstrations by the school’s chefs. A cooking diploma stamped by the restaurant will be awarded to each participant. Afternoon, transfer to Hue. Check-in hotel. Overnight in Hue.
Day 3: Hue (B, L, -)
Breakfast at the hotel. Morning, take part in Hue cooking class at Tinh Gia Vien. The session covers a guided market tour, chef demonstrations of 3 royal recipes, a lunch of the royal dishes and a cooking diploma award. Lunch. After lunch, visit to the magnificent Royal Citadel, Dong Ba market. Overnight in Hue.
Day 4: Hue (B, -)
Breakfast at the hotel. Morning, visit Tombs of King Khai Dinh and King Tu Duc. Then, transfer to the airport for departure flight. End of service.
